We understand the uncertainties connected to travel at this time. Our aim is to give you peace of mind as we work to ensure that each experience we provide is safe and secure, following both local and international safety guidelines.
UPDATE: As of the 8th of February 2023, masks are no longer required on public transport in the Valencian Community.
Hand Sanitation: Hand sanitizer will be provided for use throughout the day, and handwashing facilities will be available at various locations.
Clean Equipment: Any equipment used throughout the day will be fully disinfected before and after use. We will no longer provide goggles during our swimming experiences, so please do bring your own if this is something you would like to enjoy.
Clean Transport: All of our transport will be fully disinfected before and after the experience. We only work with transport providers who adhere to official safety regulations.
Clean Facilities: We will only visit restaurants, cafes, and shops that are adhering to official safety regulations.
Individual Food Servings and Utensils: Whilst sharing food is part of Spanish culture, individual meals will be provided at restaurants, or sharing plates will only be possible with the friends or family you are traveling with. There will be no sharing of cutlery.
Outdoor Experiences: All of our experiences involve spending time outdoors and in nature, allowing us to maximize the possibility of maintaining social distance.
Transport: Transport solutions of adequate size will be used to ensure that distance can be maintained between passengers on journeys.
Altered Timings: The timings of our experiences have been altered in order to avoid crowds.
Reduced Group Sizes: Whilst we have always been known for providing small and intimate experiences, we have limited our groups during the winter months.
Private Tour Upgrades: If you feel more comfortable enjoying the experience alone or with your personal group of family or friends, we offer the possibility to have a private experience. Please contact us for more details.
Masks: As of the 8th of February 2023, masks are no longer required in Valencia. If you are not feeling very well, we would recommend that you bring a mask with you for when you are in close proximity to other guests.
Adherence to all Local Regulations: All of our experiences will comply with the latest local safety regulations.
We are on top of the regulations so you don’t have to be: We are up to date with local and international safety guidelines and will continue to inform our guides and guests of the latest regulations.
100% Refund Policy: We will offer a 100% refund on any cancellations made due to COVID-19 that are out of your control. As an independent business, we are very grateful for anyone who selects a voucher option, but we understand that this is not always possible.
Flexible Booking: We offer you the opportunity to change your booking, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your experience.
Symptom Free: We require our guides t0 be free of COVID-19 symptoms. Anyone with illness symptoms, including fever, cough, or shortness of breath please consider if you would like to go on the experience. We recommend having a rapid test before joining the tour if you are experiencing any of the above symptoms.
Full Autonomy of our Guides: Our guides have the right to refuse service to anyone who displays symptoms, has a high temperature, or is not complying with regulations. Our guides also have the right to make any necessary alterations to our experiences in order to ensure their own safety and that of our guests and partners.
What to do if you develop COVID-19 symptoms: Please communicate with us if you have tested positive for Covid-19 and we will do our best to reschedule or cancel your tour for you.
